our office and speak to Millie at
770-436-8383, ext. 2.
If you are unable to call during office hours and speak to Millie, you
may leave a message requesting an appointment and she will return your
call the next business day.
Please leave your name and the name of the patient, if different, your
phone number, the type of appointment you would like (a new patient
appointment, a full therapy session which is 45-50 minutes, a 30-minute
session, or a 15-minute medication appointment). You may also leave some
possible times that you would prefer the appointment. |
